It usually takes them a few days to print, then standard shipping can be another 3-5 days. So if you're ordering now, next week might be tight unless you spring for express shipping if they offer it.

Nah, I tried that before, doesn't work. It's usually one code per order. You gotta pick which one gives you the best deal.

Returns were easy for me last month. They're usually pretty good about it if there's an actual issue or mistake. Not sure if you can return just because you changed your mind on a custom item though, afaik it needs to be a defect or sizing error on their part.
